The Double-Sided Sanding Pads:
-Adapt easily to all contours, curves and profiles

-Can be used dry or wet and the grit can be cleaned by rinsing off the residue particles in clean water.

-Pressure distributing foam even and uniform sanding pattern, no sanding through , no finger stripes.

-Pad size: 120 x 100 x 13 mm

Kemtex P1000 corresponds to 220 Grit in the wood industry

TECHNICAL SHEET :
-Base material:
Blue, Low density, close cell polyether foam. Non-toxic in its solid form.

- Grit type:
 Blue Fired aluminum oxide ,F.E.P.A. standards (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives), grey color.

- Adhesive:
Solvent free, non toxic , highly flexible and elastic rubber based adhesive .

- Applications:
Can be used for sanding and matting of wood, metal, PVC, paint, lacquer,…
